Photo check

Made for
Three things, one promise
Aragon AI hands you one big batch built from a fixed set of presets, and then you sort. Fottory works the other way. You choose the scene, from a preset, a written description, or a reference you upload, and you choose the outfit. Then you get up to 8 photos. You decide more at the start, so you throw away less at the end.

Where Fottory differs from Aragon AI
The slots you actually have
Tinder holds up to nine photos. Hinge takes four to six, depending on the country. Bumble takes six, and its own advice is to use all six. One big batch you did not steer is a sorting job before it is a profile.
The brief changes each run
Aragon builds from a fixed set of presets. In Fottory the brief is yours and it is per batch: scene, outfit, and any extra instructions. Change one line, upload a different reference, run again. Nothing is locked in after the first batch.
How a pack gets spent
Packs are one off, with no subscription. Thirty photos cost 19, a hundred cost 39, two hundred cost 69. At up to 8 per batch, a pack is spent across many separate briefs rather than one large delivery.
Who you actually have to convince
What the category answers to
Face verification. A realness score. Slipping past a detector. Every rival aims its honesty claim at software, which is a real problem and the wrong one.
What actually decides it
A person sitting across a table who has seen your profile and is now looking at you. No detector has an opinion about that, and no detector is who you have to convince.
It is also why the check exists. Independent judges rated about a third of online dating photos inaccurate while the people who chose them believed otherwise, so the question is not only about the photos you are about to make. It is about the ones already up. Hancock and Toma, 2009

Questions
Why does Fottory give fewer photos than Aragon AI?
Because the work moves to the front. You choose the scene and the outfit before anything is made, so a batch of up to 8 already points at what you wanted. One big undirected batch is mostly material you will delete, and your profile has about six slots to fill.
Do I have to start over if I already used Aragon AI?
No, and there is no long setup to repeat. Fottory needs 1 to 4 photos of your face, and one good one is enough to begin. Any photo works if it shows one person, the face towards the camera, and hair visible. Four give more variety. Your first batch can run straight away.
Can I still get a hundred photos if I want them?
Not in one go. The largest pack is 200 photos, but they arrive up to 8 at a time, across as many briefs as you like. So the count is there. What changes is that you aim each small batch yourself, instead of receiving one big set built from fixed presets.
What if a batch misses what I asked for?
Photos you have generated cannot be refunded, but any unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus a flat fee of 5, which is why the first 2 photos are free and need no card. Use them on the idea you care about most. If a batch misses, rewrite the scene, swap the reference photo and run it again. Small batches mean a miss costs a few photos, not a whole delivery.
Will the photos still look like me?
Yes. It is your own face, not a new one. Upload clear photos and the results look like you, at your best.
Are AI photos allowed on dating apps?
Dating apps do not ban AI photos. Tinder’s Community Guidelines say “Don’t create a fake account or pretend to be someone you’re not”, and say nothing about AI at all. The rule is about whether the person in the photo is you.
Will people be able to tell the photos are AI?
We cannot promise nobody notices, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can say is what decides it. A generated photo gives itself away when the face has been smoothed, when the light does not match the place, or when the person in it is not quite the person you meet. So the whole product is built the other way: your own face, your own features, kept as they are. You choose which photos to use, and you can say they were generated. Our own writing argues you should.
How many photos do I need to upload?
One is enough. It has to show only you, with your face towards the camera and your hair visible. You can add up to four for more variety. A side angle or a full body photo helps, but we do not need them.
Can I choose the scenes and outfits?
Yes. Pick a place and clothes from the list, describe them, or show us a photo to follow.
How much does it cost?
You pay once, with no subscription. Packs start at 19, and you only spend a credit when you ask for a photo.
Can I try it for free first?
Yes. Your first two photos are free and you do not need a card. See your own face before you pay anything.
Is my data private?
We never train on your photos and we never share them. They stay yours.
