How many profile pictures do you need on Bumble?

Six. Bumble gives you six slots and advises filling all of them. One photo of your face is enough to start, as long as it shows one person, facing forward, with hair visible. The packs are 19 for 30 photos, 39 for 100, and 69 for 200, so you can pick six rather than keep the first six.

Can you get banned on Bumble for AI profile pictures?

Bumble bans generated or enhanced photos used to deceive others, not generated photos in themselves. It also removes photos so distorted that you cannot be identified in them, and it lets people report a profile for AI photos. Keep the six close to the face in the photo you upload.

What should your first Bumble picture be?

Treat the first three as openers, not one. Best Photo tests those three and moves the strongest into the top slot, so the profile may open on a photo you did not choose. Pick three that show your face clearly, in three different scenes and outfits.

How recent should Bumble profile pictures be?

Recent. Bumble asks for a current, clear photo of your whole face. The photo you upload decides what comes back, so one from a few years ago gives you six of that older face. Use one from this year, not the best photo you have ever had.

Will the photos still look like me?

Yes. It is your own face, not a new one. Upload clear photos and the results look like you, at your best.

Are AI photos allowed on dating apps?

Will people be able to tell the photos are AI?

We cannot promise nobody notices, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can say is what decides it. A generated photo gives itself away when the face has been smoothed, when the light does not match the place, or when the person in it is not quite the person you meet. So the whole product is built the other way: your own face, your own features, kept as they are. You choose which photos to use, and you can say they were generated. Our own writing argues you should.

How many photos do I need to upload?

One is enough. It has to show only you, with your face towards the camera and your hair visible. You can add up to four for more variety. A side angle or a full body photo helps, but we do not need them.

Can I choose the scenes and outfits?

We plan the poses, settings and outfits. Add preferences if you want, or create one specific photo.

How much does it cost?

You pay once, with no subscription. Packs start at 19, and you only spend a credit when you ask for a photo.
